校园足球发展需求结构与强度的实证分析——基于菏泽市59所校园足球特色学校问卷调查

An Empirical Analysis on the Demand Structure and Intensity of Campus Football Development——Based on the Questionnaire Survey of 59 Schools with Football Education Characteristics in Heze City

通过特尔斐、层次分析和问卷调查等研究方法对校园足球发展需求结构指标体系进行构建.依据Clayton Alderfer“ERG”需求层次理论,构建政策结构、人力结构、载体结构、教育结构和文化结构等5个一级指标、15个二级指标和47个三级指标构成的指标体系.依据Alfred Marshall需求弹性理论的最强、较强、中等、较弱、最弱五个等级,将菏泽市校园足球发展需求强度分为三层,第一层需求最强包含12个指标、第二层需求较强涵盖27个指标、第三层需求中等包含8个指标,整体需求强度强,符合当前菏泽市校园足球发展初级阶段外延式发展特征.

In this paper,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey are used to construct the demand structure index system of campus football development.According to Clayton Alderfer ERG Hierarchy of Needs Theory,an index system composed of 5 first level indicators,15 second level indicators and 47 third level indicators is constructed,including policy structure,manpower structure,carrier structure,education structure and cultural structure.According to Alfred Marshall's Demand Elasticity Theory(Strongest,stronger,medium,weaker,weakest),the demand intensity of Heze campus football development can be divided into three levels.The first level of demand is the strongest,including 12 indicators,the second is strong,covering 27 indicators,and the third is medium,including 8 indicators.The overall demand intensity is strong,which is in line with the extension development of the primary stage of Heze campus football development features.
