摘要 中国石油山东济宁销售分公司基于外部发展环境并结合自身存在的主要问题,成功导入阿米巴经营模式。通过建立加油站级全口径经营单元并充分赋权,使人人成为经营者;通过将算账能力纳入岗位职责、建立常态化同算同干机制、加强对算账实践指导,使人人具备自主经营意识和能力。阿米巴经营模式的导入实践,遵从以心为本的经营哲学,引导上下一心共同经营企业,有效解决了企业发展自身存在的问题,实现了员工与企业的双赢。 Based on the external development environment and combined with its own main problems,PetroChina Shandong Jining Sales Branch successfully introduced Amoeba business model.To make everyone becomes an operator by establishing gas station-level integrated business units and fully empowering and to make everyone has the awareness and ability to operate independently by including the ability to calculate accounts into the duties of posts,building a regular mechanism for equal calculation and working together,and strengthening practical guidance on the calculation of accounts.The practice of introducing Amoeba business model,following the management philosophy based on the heart,and guiding the whole staff to run the enterprise together,effectively solves the problems existing in the development of the enterprise,and achieves a win-win situation for both employees and the enterprise.
