摘要
当操作变电站设备时,为保证操作人员的安全性,需要对五防锁设置安全辅助装置。基于人脸识别算法,对五防安全辅助装置进行了深入研究,主控制器采用STM32F429芯片,集成高速DCMI接口可连接OV2640摄像头模组,可实现本地快速面部解锁功能。以特征分析为基础的方式,实际上是将不同人体面部基准点对比的概率参数和另外一些可以表示人体面部特征的形状参数,以及类别参数等一块组合成人体面部识别的特征向量,作为人脸识别算法。设计了人脸识别五防装置软件,包括网络通信模块、解锁控制模块、可见光图像采集模块、人脸识别处理模块。同时设计了一套完整的五防钥匙箱解锁流程,具有非常标准、安全稳定可靠的特点。基于人脸识别的五防钥匙箱软硬件系统具有非常安全可靠的特点,能够应用到实际的变电站设施中,为五防安全提供了一种可行有效的方案。
The stable operation of power industry is closely related to the development of national economy,and substation is a very important infrastructure in power system.When operating substation equipment,in order to ensure the safety of operators,it is necessary to set up safety auxiliary devices for five-prevention lock.This research,based on the face recognition algorithm,probed into the safety auxiliary devices for five-prevention lock.The main controller adopts STM32F429chip and integrates high-speed DCMI interface to connect OV2640camera module,which can realize local fast face unlock function.The method is used as face recognition algorithm based on feature analysis,which is to combine the relative ratio of face reference points and other shape parameters or category parameters describing face features to form eigenvectors.In this paper,we designed the software of five-prevention devices for face recognition,including network communication module,unlocking control module,visible light image acquisition module and face recognition processing module.At the same time,this paper designs a set of complete unlocking process of the five-prevention key box,which has the characteristics of very standard,safety,stability and reliability.The designed software and hardware system of five-prevention key box based on face recognition is very safe and reliable,which can be applied to practical substation facilities,and provides a feasible and effective scheme for five-prevention security.
