长龙山抽水蓄能电站钢岔管水压试验声发射监测

摘要 通过对国内最高H D值长龙山抽水蓄能电站钢岔管水压试验过程,采用声发射监测技术对岔管主要焊缝监测,对升压及保压过程的声发射定位源进行分析,确定重点关注位置.并对声发射源的活性和强度进行分析。试验结果表明,岔管的相关数据符合有关要求。 During the hydrostatic test of steel bifurcation pipe in Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station with the highest HD value in China,acoustic emission monitoring technology was used to monitor the main welding seam of the bifurcation pipe.The acoustic emission positioning source in the process of pressure boosting and pressure holding was analyzed,with the focus location determined»and the activity and strength of the acoustic emission source analyzed.The test results show that the relevant data of the bifurcation pipe meet the relevant requirements.
