摘要
为了研究燃煤电站锅炉受热面的积灰结渣问题,制备了不同厚度的灰渣试样,根据非稳态导热过程的基本理论,并采用非稳态法进行灰渣导热系数试验研究。试验结果表明,不同厚度的灰渣试样达到热平衡所需时间不同,灰渣试样的厚度越小,越容易达到热平衡;试验数据具有较好的一致性,灰渣的导热系数不随厚度而变化。
In order to solve the problem of ash deposition on the heating surface of boiler in coal-fired power station,unsteady state method is used to test the thermal conductivity of ash samples with different thickness.The results show that different thickness of the ash slag sample to reach the thermal equilibrium time has difference.The smaller the ash sample thickness,the easier it was to achiere thermal equilibrium.The test data had good consistency,the thermal conductivity of ash does not change with thickness.
