褐煤安全性使用调试控制技术

摘要 某电厂2×660MW锅炉采用的设计煤质为印尼褐煤,目前有相当一部分燃煤电厂燃烧这种高挥发份,易燃、易爆褐煤,在调试过程中因安全使用褐煤控制不到位而引发的事故时有发生,往往会给设备和人员带来不可逆的损失。对调试过程中褐煤安全性使用控制进行了归纳总结,同时在调试过程中发现设计不合理需及时提出,由相关人员完善设计,在现场尽早实施,从而全方位地避免褐煤使用过程中产生自燃、爆燃等事故发生,最终保障设备和人员的安全就显得尤为重要。 The 2×660MW boiler in a power plant is designed to use Indonesian lignite.At present,a considerable number of coal-fired power plants burn this kind of lignite with high volatile content,which is flammable and explosive.Accidents often occur during commissioning due to improper control of safe use of lignite,which often brings irreversible losses to equipment and personnel.This paper summarizes the control of safe lignite use in the process of commissioning,and emphasizes that the impropoer design should be immediately pointed out in the debugging process and the related personnel should perfect the design and implement as soon as possible,which is particularly important step to avoid spontaneous combustion,deflagation and other accidents during the use of lignite and ultimately ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
