摘要
航空活塞发动机在航空、军用装备领域发挥着重要作用,因其作为主要动力装置,决定了其工作环境为高温、高压等苛刻环境,导致缸体内壁严重损伤和失效。介绍了以再制造方式来修复损伤的航空活塞发动机,通过内孔热喷涂技术在缸套内壁沉积涂层,提升装备抵抗严苛外界环境的影响。以喷涂粒子、基体为主要研究对象,改变飞行喷涂粒子、基体的物性参数,在内孔件沉积耐磨损、耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能优质的涂层,延长航空活塞发动机的使用寿命,保证其可靠性服役。
Aircraft piston engine plays an important role in aviation, military equipment field. As the main power unit, it determines that the working environment of aircraft piston engine is harsh, including high temperature, pressure and so on,which can lead to the serious damage and failure of the inner wall of the cylinder. The remanufacturing method to repair the damaged aircraft piston engine by depositing coating on the inner wall of cylinder block by internal thermal spraying technology were introduced, which can improve the equipment resistance to harsh external environment. Taking the spraying particles and substrate as the main research object, changing the physical parameters of in flight particles and matrix, the high performance coating, which include abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,was fabricated in internal hole parts. Then, the service life of the aircraft piston engine extends and its service reliability was ensured.
