摘要
采用OM、SEM、布氏硬度计等研究了不同温度(160~190℃),不同时间(8~14 h)时效处理对6082铝合金组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:随着时效温度的升高、时效时间的增加,合金晶粒尺寸均有不同程度的增大,170℃×10 h时效处理合金的晶粒最为均匀。随着时效温度的升高、时效时间的增加,合金的硬度先升高后降低,540℃×30 min固溶+170℃×10 h时效处理合金的硬度达到最大值114.2 HB。
The effects of aging treatment at different temperatures(160-190 ℃) and time(8-14 h) on the microstructure and hardness of 6082 aluminum alloy were studied by means of OM, SEM and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that,with the increase of aging temperature and time, the grain size of the alloy increases to different degrees, and the most uniform grain is obtained at 170 ℃×10 h. With the increase of aging temperature and aging time, the hardness of the alloy increases first and then decreases. The hardness of the 540 ℃×30 min solid solution and 170 ℃×10 h aging alloy reaches the maximum value of 114.2 HB.
