载距突在跟骨骨折手术治疗中的意义

Significance of the sustentaculum tail in the treatment of calcaneal fracture

跟骨骨折是临床上常见的骨折之一,大多需要手术治疗,因跟骨形状的不规则,导致其手术复位中存在一定难度,且可能出现术后复位丢失,而载距突在跟骨骨折中很少发生移位,且由于其特殊的解剖结构,可作为跟骨复位重要参考物及骨折固定的重要支撑点,在跟骨骨折的治疗中有重大意义。

Calcaneal fracture is one of the most common fractures in clinic and need surgical treatment usually.Because of the irregular shape of the calcaneus,it is diffcult to reduct the fracture in the operation,and there may be loss of reduction after operation.However,the sustentaculum tail of calcaneus have no obvious displacement when the calcaneus is broken.Because of the special anatomical structure,the sustentaculum tail can be used as an important reference for calcaneal reduction and an important supporting structure for fracture fixation.It plays an important role in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.
