Brunnstrom分期护理康复模式在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用

The Application of Brunnstrom Staged Nursing Rehabilitation Model in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

目的:探讨Brunnstrom分期护理康复模式在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年4月1日治疗的70例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理康复模式,观察组给予Brunnstrom分期护理康复模式;比较两组肢体运动功能[采用Fugel-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)]、神经功能[采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHHS)]、生活质量[采用卒中影响量表(SIS)]。结果:观察组上肢、下肢FMA评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHHS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SIS中情绪、力气、人际沟通、移动能力、日常参与、记忆思维、移动能力、ADL/IADL计分、总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能康复中,结合Brunnstrom分期护理康复模式,可有效改善患者神经功能,有助于平衡患者上下肢运动功能,提升其生活质量,促进患者肢体功能康复,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Brunnstrom staged nursing rehabilitation model in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia treated from January 1,2018 to April 1,2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases each.The control group was given the conventional nursing rehabilitation model,while the observation group was given Brunnstrom staged nursing rehabilitation model.Limb motor function[Fugel-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)],neurological function[NATIONAL Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHHS)]and quality of life(SIS)were compared between the two groups.Results:FMA score and total score of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and NIHHS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SIS scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,including emotion,strength,interpersonal communication,mobility,daily participation,memory and thinking,and ADL/IADL(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rehabilitation of limb function in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,Brunnstrom staged nursing rehabilitation model can effectively improve neurological function.It is helpful to balance the upper and lower limb motor function of the patients,improve their quality of life,and promote the rehabilitation of limb function of the patients,with significant curative effect.
