品管圈联合站点式培训模式在提高儿科护士护理质量中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨品管圈联合站点式培训模式在提高儿科护士护理质量中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月1日~2019年12月31日,选取24名儿科护士组成品管圈小组,实施品管圈联合站点式培训模式;比较实施前后圈小组成员护理质量、理论成绩与临床技能评分、满意度和综合素质。结果:品管圈联合站点式培训模式实施后,小组成员护理质量评分均高于实施前(P<0.01);实施后,圈小组成员理论成绩、临床护理技能评分均高于实施前(P<0.01);实施后,圈小组成员在目标与信息、支持、解决问题、引导性反馈及仿真性5个方面的满意度均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后,圈小组成员职业道德素质、文化素质、心理素质评分优于实施前(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:品管圈联合站点式培训模式有利于提高儿科护士护理质量、理论成绩与临床技能评分,护士综合素质评分和自我满意度高于培训模式实施前。
