儿童银屑病生物治疗

Biologic Treatment for Pediatric Psoriasis

银屑病是一种在遗传与环境共同作用下、免疫介导的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,可累及全身多个系统。银屑病发病以青壮年为主,但目+前患者的年龄结构正趋于年轻化,儿童银屑病越来越受到关注。生物制剂是目前治疗银屑病的一种强有力的手段,在疗效上带来了新的突破,众多生物制剂已被批准用于成人斑块型银屑病的治疗,但鉴于儿童具有独特的生理结构和药物代谢特点等,目前对儿童银屑病生物治疗的研究还不够深入,其疗效和安全性还有待进一步明确。本文就目前国内外儿童银屑病生物治疗现状作一综述。

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated,chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease,which caused by the interaction of gene and environment,involving many systems of body.Psoriasis mainly occurs in adults.However,at present,the age structure of patients is getting younger.More and more attention has been paid to psoriasis in children.Biologics are a powerful method for the treatment of psoriasis,which has made a breakthrough in curative effect.Many biologics have been approved for the treatment of adult plaque psoriasis.But the studies on pediatric psoriasis are not indepth enough,because of the unique physiology and pharmacokinetics of children.The efficacy and safety of biologics need to be further improved.This review will discuss the current status of biotherapy for pediatric psoriasis at home and abroad.
