摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及多器官的自身免疫性疾病。患者持续的疾病活动和药物毒性导致的副作用,造成不可逆的器官损害,导致SLE患者长期预后不佳和过早死亡。近年来,生物制剂治疗成为了临床医生治疗SLE患者的新选择。本文综述了生物制剂治疗SLE的研究进展,旨在为临床实践中传统药物疗效不佳的患者治疗提供新思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease involving multiple organs.The side flects caused by the patient's continuous disease activity and drug toxicity which can induce irreversible organ damage,leading to poor prognosis and premature death.In recent years,biologic therapy has become a new choice for clinicians to treat patients with SLE.This article reviews the research progress of biological agents in the treatment of SLE,aiming to provide new ideas for clinicians when treat SLE patients with poor outcome of traditional drugs.
