摘要
目的:编制简易A型人格问卷。方法:参考国内外现有A型人格问卷形成项目池。经专家评定以及小范围试测,形成正式问卷。对2500名职业人群进行试测,进行项目分析和信效度检验。对69名职业人群测试,计算其与现有A型人格问卷的效标关联效度以及重测信度。结果:探索性因素分析发现,该问卷包含4个维度(共15个项目),即敌意与愤怒、缺乏耐心与时间紧迫、投入、争强,累计方差解释率为51.05%。验证性因素分析证明问卷具有良好的结构效度并且问卷具有良好的效标关联效度。总问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.78,4个维度的α系数在0.36-0.74之间;重测信度为0.77,4个维度的重测信度在0.52-0.76之间。结论:简易A型人格问卷信效度良好,可作为测量A型人格的有效工具。
Objective:To develop a Simplified Type A Personality questionaire.Methods:Referring to the existing scales of type A Personality,a pool of items were developed.A formal questionnaire was formed through expert evaluation and a small-scale pilot survey.Questionnaires were distributed to 2,500 occupational people,and items analysis,reliability and validity analysis were conducted.Sixty-nine occupational people were recruited to test the criterion-related validity of current questionaire with the Type A Behavior Pattern Scale and test-retest reliability.Results:The exploratory factor analysis revealed that the final questionaire(totally 15 terms)included four subscales respectively named hostility and anger,time pressure and impatience,commitment and competitiveness,which explained the total variance of 51.05%.The results of CFA showed the questionaire had good construct validity.The Simplified Type A Personality Questionnaire had a good criterion validity as well.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the whole questionaire was 0.78,and the four subscales ranged from 0.36 to 0.74;The test-retest reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.77,and the four subscales ranged from0.52 to 0.76.Conclusion:The Simplified Type A Personality questionaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool for rapidly measuring Type A personality.
