情绪调节与儿童青少年心理健康关系的元分析 被引量:34

Emotion Regulation and Mental Health in Children and Adolescents:A Meta-analysis

摘要 目的:运用元分析方法考察儿童青少年情绪调节与心理健康的关系及影响因素。方法:经系统检索与筛选,共收集106个独立样本符合元分析标准(n=33209)。运用CMA 2.0软件进行效应分析与检验。结果:①儿童青少年认知重评与其心理健康积极指标显著正相关,与消极指标显著负相关;表达抑制与心理健康积极指标相关不显著,与消极指标显著正相关;②被试来源对表达抑制和消极指标关系的调节作用显著,欧美国家样本的相关程度显著高于中国样本;评价指标性质对认知重评和消极指标关系的调节作用显著,与焦虑相比,认知重评与抑郁的相关更强。结论:情绪调节与儿童青少年心理健康关系密切,被试来源、评价指标性质是重要的调节变量。 Objective:A meta-analysis was conducted to explore the relationship between emotion regulation and mental health and their influencing factors in children and adolescents.Methods:Through systematic retrieval 106 independent samples from empirical researches which met the meta-analytical criteria were selected,with a total sample size of33209 participants.Meta-analysis was conducted by CMA 2.0.Results:Heterogeneity test indicated that random effects model was appropriate for the meta-analysis.①The results demonstrated that cognitive reappraisal in children and adolescents was significantly and positively correlated with positive indicators of mental health and negatively correlated with negative indicators.Expression suppression was not significantly correlated with positive indicators,but positively correlated with negative indicators.②The moderator analyses revealed that the source of subjects had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between expression suppression and negative indicators and the negative outcome variables significantly moderated the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and negative indicators.In addition,the evaluation index properties had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and negative indicators.Comparing with anxiety,cognitive reappraisal had a stronger correlation with depression.Conclusion:The association between emotion regulation and mental health is strong and stable in children and adolescents,and the sampling location as well as the evaluation index properties are both important moderators.
