歧视知觉与自闭症儿童父母亲职压力的关系:体验回避的中介作用 被引量:10

The Relationship between Perceived Discrimination and Parenting Stress in Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders:The Mediating Role of Experiential Avoidance

摘要 目的:考察体验回避在歧视知觉与自闭症儿童父母亲职压力之间的中介作用。方法:采用自闭症儿童父母歧视知觉问卷、亲职压力简表以及接纳与行动问卷对北京、上海、天津三地的318名自闭症儿童的父母进行调查。结果:①歧视知觉、体验回避以及自闭症儿童父母的亲职压力两两之间均呈显著正相关;②歧视知觉显著正向预测自闭症儿童父母的亲职压力;③体验回避在歧视知觉与自闭症儿童父母亲职压力之间的间接效应显著。结论:歧视知觉既能直接影响自闭症儿童父母的亲职压力,又能通过体验回避对其产生影响。 Objective:This study aims to explore the relationship between perceived discrimination and parenting stress in parents of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD),and the mediating role of experiential avoidance.Methods:A total of 318 parents of children with ASD were assessed with the Perceived Discrimination Scale for Parents of Children with ASD,the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form,and the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Second Edition.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between their perceived discrimination,experiential avoidance and parenting stress;②their perceived discrimination had a significant and positive direct effect on their parenting stress;③their perceived discrimination had a significant indirect effect on their parenting stress through the experiential avoidance.Conclusion:The experiential avoidance partially mediates between perceived discrimination and parenting stress in parents of children with ASD.
