Effect of Parent-child Attachment on College Students’Career Decision-making Difficulties:Moderated Mediating Effect

目的:探讨亲子依恋、职业决策自我效能感、社会支持与大学生职业决策困难之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法:采用亲子依恋量表、职业决策自我效能感量表、社会支持量表和职业决策困难量表对617名大学生进行调查。结果:①职业决策自我效能感在亲子依恋与大学生职业决策困难之间起部分中介作用;②社会支持调节了亲子依恋对职业决策自我效能感的影响。与社会支持水平较低的大学生相比,社会支持水平较高的大学生亲子依恋对职业决策自我效能感的影响更显著。结论:亲子依恋通过职业决策自我效能感影响大学生职业决策困难,社会支持调节了亲子依恋与职业决策自我效能感之间的关系。

Objective:To explore the relationship and inner mechanism between parent-child attachment,career decision-making self-efficacy,social support and college students’career decision-making difficulties.Methods:A sample of617 college students was recruited in the study to complete parent-child attachment scale,career decision self-efficacy scale,social support scale and career decision-making difficulties scale.Results:①Career decision-making self-efficacy mediated the effect of parent-child attachment on college students’career decision-making difficulties.②Social support moderated the effect of parent-child attachment on career decision-making self-efficacy.Compared with college students with low social support,the effect of parent-child attachment on career decision-making self-efficacy was more significant for college students with high social support.Conclusion:Parent-child attachment affects college students’career decision-making difficulties through career decision-making self-efficacy,which is moderated by social support.
