摘要
目的:探索生涯建构咨询在高中阶段学生的生涯辅导中的应用及效果。方法:结合Savickas所建立的生涯建构访谈CCI(Career Construction Interview)与Maree的职业兴趣分析CIP(Career Interest Profile)对一名高二学生进行结构式访谈。结果:协助该男生建立了自我生涯故事(My Career Story),确定了进一步生涯辅导的咨询介入方案。结论:生涯建构咨询,适用于前职业阶段的高中生,不仅提供了当事人选择主修专业的线索和依据,促使当事人更早的开始对自己生活风格的探索,并且对未来职业开辟出更多思考空间。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of career construction counseling in career counseling for high school students.Methods:A structured interview was conducted with a high school sophomore student in conjunction with Savickas’Career Construction Interview(CCI)and Maree’s Career Interest Profile(CIP).Results:Assisted the boy to establish his own life-career story(My Career Story),and determined the counseling intervention program for further career guidance.Conclusion:Career construction counseling is suitable for high school students in pre-career state.It not only provides the clues and basis for the client to choose majors,encourages the client to start to explore his/her own life style earlier,but also open up more thinking space for his future career.
