单侧双通道脊柱内镜技术的临床应用

Clinical application of unilateral biportal endoscopy spinal surgery

近年来,随着脊柱微创外科技术的发展和国内外研究的深入,单侧双通道脊柱内镜(UBE)技术又有逐渐复兴的态势。可通过椎板间入路或椎间孔入路实施手术,并已成功应用于多种脊柱外科疾病的治疗。文中从UBE技术发展历程、疾病治疗应用以及在脊柱外科的临床价值进行阐述。

In recent years,with the development of spine minimally invasive surgery technology and domestic and international spine surgeons intensive study,unilateral biportal endoscopy technology has gradually revived.Especially,Korean scholars have made great contributions in this field.This technique has been developed to be used for either interlaminar approach or intervertebral foraminal approach.It is currently used in a variety of spinal surgery diseases and has achieved satisfactory clinical effects.Now,we summarize the application status and clinical application value in the spine surgery.
