标准操作流程(SOP)在急性心肌梗死患者院外急救中的应用

Application of Standard Operating Procedure(SOP)in emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients outside hospital

目的 分析标准操作流程(SOP)在急性心肌梗死患者院外急救中的应用效果.方法 将2017年2月—2018年2月应用SOP前的85例急性心肌梗死院外急救患者作为对照组,2018年3月—2019年3月应用SOP后的90例急性心肌梗死院外急救患者作为观察组.对照组患者采用的是传统的院外急救流程,观察组在传统院外急救流程的基础上,采取标准操作流程.比较两组患者的院外急救时间、急诊抢救时间、住院治疗时间以及临床结局评价指标.结果 观察组患者院外急救时间、急诊抢救时间、住院治疗时间均短于对照组,观察组患者的血管再通比例、并发症发生比例、病死率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 标准操作流程应用于急性心肌梗死患者的院外急救,可缩短院外急救时间、急诊抢救时间、住院治疗时间,并且可以提高患者院外急救质量,改善临床结局.

Objective To analyze the effect of standard operating procedure(SOP)in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 85 patients with out-of-hospital emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction before the application of SOP from February 2017 to February 2018 were taken as the control group,and 90 patients with out-of-hospital emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction after the application of SOP from March 2018 to March 2019 were taken as the observation group.Patients in the control group adopted the traditional out-of-hospital first aid procedure,while patients in the observation group adopted the standard operating procedure on the basis of the traditional out-of-hospital first aid procedure.The time of out-of-hospital first aid,emergency rescue time,hospitalization time and clinical outcome evaluation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The out-of-hospital first aid time,emergency rescue time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the proportion of recanalization,incidence of complications and mortality of patients in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard operating procedure can shorten the time of first aid,emergency rescue and hospitalization in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and improve the quality of first aid and clinical outcome.
