Type 3国际紧急医学救援队(EMT)危险废弃物的无害化处置研究

Study on the HarmLess Disposal of Hazardous Wastes by Type 3 International Emergency Medical Rescue Team(EMT):A Case Study of EMT(Sichuan)

目的医疗废弃物属于一种危险性废弃物,其本身潜有细菌、病毒等微生物.应急医疗救援现场环境复杂,为保障救援现场环境清洁度和人民的身体健康,医疗废弃物的主要处置手段为焚烧.方法以四川大学华西医院组建的全球第一支非军方三级应急医疗队的危险性废弃物的无害化处置为例,对医疗废弃物(包括液体和固定废弃物)如何进行妥善处理进行研究.结果科学地制作了Type3国际紧急医学救援队医疗废弃物处置焚烧系统.结论加强医疗废弃物的管理,加大对医疗废弃物的宣传力度以及监督力度,让医务工作人员以及人民群众认识到医疗废弃物的危害,有效地将"威胁"降到最低.

Objective Medical waste belongs to a kind of hazardous waste,which contains bacteria,viruses and other microorganisms.The environment of emergency medical rescue site is complex.In order to ensure the environmental cleanliness and people's health,the main disposal means of medical waste is incineration.Methods Taking the innocuous disposal of hazardous wastes of the first non-military emergency medical team set up by West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example,this paper studied how to properly dispose of medical wastes,including liquid and fixed wastes.Results The medical waste disposal and incineration system of type3 international emergency medical rescue team had been scientifically made.Conclusion Strengthen the management of medical waste,increase the propaganda and supervision of medical waste,so that medical staff and people can realize the harm of medical waste and effectively reduce the"threat"to the lowest level.
