摘要
中原茶文化具有四大特征:第一,名茶少而质高。信阳是中原唯一的产茶区,所产的信阳毛尖是中国十大名茶之一。第二,代茶用品众多。"茶"不仅指茶叶、茶水,也指可浸泡饮用的树叶或其他植物的叶子、花卉、中药材、干果片和部分食材,还指白开水和部分流质液食。第三,历史传承丰满。唐代以前中原居民初习茶事,唐代中后期饮茶之风逐渐普及,北宋时中原茶文化发展到极盛,金元以后中原茶文化开始转型。第四,文化底蕴深厚。中原地区是华夏文明的传承创新区,茶与普通百姓的生活、伦理日用紧密结合,除日常家居饮用外,茶和各种代茶饮品广泛用于迎宾待客、男婚女嫁、岁时祭祀等。
Central Plain Tea Culture has four characteristics.Firstly,famous tea of Central Plain is rare,but of high quality.Xinyang city is only tea-producing region of Central Plain,and Xinyang Maojian Tea is one of ten famous teas in China.Secondly,there are a large number of Substitutes for tea.Tea not only refers to tea or the water soaked tea,also can be soaked in drinking tree leaves or other plant leaves,flowers,herbs,dried fruit slices and some ingredients,but also refers to boiled water and part of liquid food.Thirdly,the Tea history of inheritance is very long and rich.Before the Tang Dynasty,the residents of Central Plain began to learn the tea ceremony.During the middle and late Tang Dynasty,tea drinking became popular.During the Northern Song Dynasty,the Tea Culture of Central Plain developed to its peak.After the Jin and Yuan dynasties,the tea culture of Central Plain began to transform.In the Central Plain Area,which many Substitutes for tea drinks and some liquid food also called Tea,is because of the long and rich history of tea culture in Central Plain.Fourthly,the background for Central Plain Tea Culture is profound.Central Plain is an area of inheritance and innovation of the Chinese civilization.Tea is closely connected with the daily life and ethics of ordinary people.In addition to daily drinking at home,the water soaked tea and various kinds of beverages substituting tea are widely used in greeting guests,marrying men and women,and offering sacrifices on feasts.
