摘要
本文以《工业企业清洁生产审核物料平衡技术导则》(DB11/T-2016)基于物质流分析模型为基础的清洁生产审核物料平衡建立、评估及分析方法,分别选取无化学反应过程中常见的成分利用效率相等的输送工艺过程及成分利用效率不等的含水物料的脱水工艺过程为例进行应用分析,为清洁生产审核人员提供参考。
The establishment,evaluation and analysis method of material balance of cleaner production audit based on material flow analysis model in《Technical guidelines for material balance of cleaner production audit in industrial enterprises》(DB11/t-2016)is used.In this paper,The transportation process with the same composition utilization efficiency in the process of non-chemical reaction and the dehydration process with different composition utilization efficiency are selected as examples carrying out application analysis to provide reference for Cleaner Production auditors.
