我国高速公路应用ETC的节能减排效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 推广使用ETC是取消高速公路省界收费站的一项重要内容,从节能减排的角度分析其现实意义是一项新颖且非常有必要的工作。通过实地监测典型高速公路收费站的车辆通行状况及实验室模拟运行情景,获取车辆通过ETC车道与人工收费车道的油耗及排放数值,并在建立评估模型的基础上测算我国2019年应用ETC的节能减排效果。结果表明:年可节油3.40亿L,碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物分别降低1.40万t、6.31万t、0.36万t。 Promoting ETC is an important part of the cancellation of toll stations on the provincial border of expressways,it is a novel and very necessary work to analyze its practical significance from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction.Through on-site monitoring of the traffic conditions of typical highway toll stations and laboratory simulation operation scenarios,Obtaining the fuel consumption and emission values of vehicles passing through ETC lanes and manual toll lanes,and on the basis of establishing an evaluation model,calculating the energy saving and emission reduction effects of ETC in my country in 2019.The results showed that 340 million liters of oil could be saved,and hydrocarbons,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides were reduced by 14,000 tons,63,100 tons,and 3,600 tons,respectively.
