SCR脱硝技术在玻璃产业NOx治理应用中脱硝催化剂的典型问题分析

摘要 玻璃产业NOx排放是工业污染之一,近些年为开展玻璃产业NOx减排治理,SCR脱硝技术被应用在新的领域——玻璃产业,由于没有成熟经验参考,因此在应用SCR脱硝技术治理玻璃产业NOx排放的过程中,使用脱硝催化剂尚存一些必须解决的问题。本文针对SCR脱硝技术在玻璃产业减排NOx的应用中,脱硝催化剂在玻璃炉窑出现的典型问题进行跟踪研究,经过应用实践积累,对玻璃炉窑脱硝催化剂设计选型、堵塞等典型问题进行分析,并提出了建议,为玻璃产业NOx治理提供更可靠的脱硝催化剂技术。 NOx emission in the glass industry is one of industrial pollution.In recent years,in order to carry out NOx reduction treatment in the glass industry,SCR denitration technology has been applied in a new field-the glass industry.Since there is no mature experience reference,SCR denitration technology is used in the treatment of glass.In the process of industrial NOx emission,there are still some problems that must be solved when using denitration catalysts.In this paper,in the application of SCR denitration technology in the glass industry to reduce NOx,the typical problems of denitration catalysts in glass furnaces are tracked and studied.After the accumulation of application and practice,the typical problems of glass furnace denitration catalyst design,selection and blockage are analyzed.,And put forward suggestions to provide more reliable denitration catalyst technology for glass industry NOx treatment.
