摘要 垃圾热值的提高使得垃圾处理量在相同的情况下,焚烧炉的热负荷整体上升,导致进入到余热锅炉侧的烟气温度也随之升高,增加了锅炉的热负荷。为了保障生活垃圾能够得到及时有效处置,垃圾焚烧炉及余热锅炉长期安全稳定的超负荷运行,结合国外生活垃圾焚烧厂的运行经验,根据垃圾焚烧厂的实际运行情况,可从控制炉膛温度、降低高温过热器入口烟温及降低烟气中氧含量三个方面采取措施。 The increase of the calorific value of the waste makes the thermal load of the incinerator rise as a whole in the same amount of waste disposal.And then,the temperature of the flue gas entering the waste heat boiler is also increased,which increases the load of heating of the boiler.In order to ensure that domestic waste can be disposed in a timely and effectively way,waste incinerator and waste heat boiler can operate stably for a long time,combined with the operating experience of foreign waste incineration plants,according to actual operation,corresponding measures can be taken from the following three aspects:controlling the furnace temperature,reducing the inlet gas temperature of the high temperature superheater,and the oxygen content in the flue gas.
