蠲痹颗粒对风寒湿痹证膝骨关节炎血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of Juanbi Granules on Serum TNF-α and IL-6 Levels of Knee OsteoarthritisPatients with Wind-cold-dampness Syndrome

目的观察蠲痹颗粒治疗风寒湿痹证膝骨关节炎的有效性及安全性,探讨蠲痹颗粒对该病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法将61例膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组31例。治疗组予蠲痹颗粒口服,对照组予双醋瑞因胶囊口服,4周为1疗程。治疗2周及4周进行疗效及安全性评估。结果治疗2周后,2组患者的WOMAC评分、VAS评分均明显改善(P<0.01),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是83.3%、80.6%,2组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗4周,TNF-α、IL-6、WOMAC评分、VAS评分均比治疗前明显好转(P<0.01);2组安全性指标与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组IL-6、WOMAC评分、VAS评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组的TNF-α改善优于治疗组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组总有效率均为100%,2组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效,蠲痹颗粒可明显降低KOA血清TNF-α、IL-6。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of Juanbi Granules in treating knee osteoarthritis patients with wind-cold-dampness syndrome and to explore the effect of Juanbi Granules on serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the patients with the disease.Methods:61 knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given oral administration of Juanbi Granules and the control group was given oral administration of Diacerein capsules,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The efficacy and safety were evaluated after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of the treatment.Results:After 2-week treatment,the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01)and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.3%and 80.6%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4-week treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,WOMAC scores,and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly better than those of the prior treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in safety indicators compared with those of the prior treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6,WOMAC score,and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).TNF-αin the control group was better than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Juanbi Granules is safe and effective to treat knee osteoarthritis and can significantly reduce serum TNF-αand IL-6 in KOA.
