New Considerations on Community Education under the Harmony Cultural Concept

和合文化凭借接受差别体现多元、消除冲突体现和谐、注重整体体现统一等特征,已然成为教育界的重要理念。在和合文化理念指导下,我国社区教育需要进行创新变革。纵观我国社区教育的发展历程和现状,可以看到社区教育在迅速发展的同时也暴露出诸多不足。为此,需要在分析当前社区教育存在主要问题的基础上,探索社区教育的创新路径与改革思路。

Harmony cultural concept which pays attention to the overall embodiment of unity and other characteristics has become an important concept of education by accepting differences to reflect diversity and eliminating conflicts to reflect harmony. Under the guidance of harmony cultural concept, community education in China needs to carry out innovation and reform with the change of educational concept. Throughout the development process and current situation of community education in China, the community education develops rapidly but exposes many deficiencies simultaneously. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the innovative path and reform ideas of community education on the basis of analyzing the main existing problems of community education.
