新形式下中小企业“农民工组织社会化”的教育融合策略——以“求学圆梦行动”为例 被引量:2

The Educational Integration Strategies of the “Migrant Workers’ Organizational Socialization” in SMEs under the New Situation——Taking the “Study to Realize Dream Action” as an Example

摘要 教育程度和职业技能水平偏低历来都是中小企业推进"农民工组织社会化"工作的难点,也是农民工群体在城市实现长期、稳定就业的关键性障碍。面对经济下行和疫情的双重压力,中小企业一是要站在全局的角度重新认识"农民工组织社会化"对社会经济转型与企业人才队伍建设的战略性意义,承担起自身在农民工职业教育中的主体责任;二是要积极融合各方教育资源力量,如政府主导的"求学圆梦行动",并以此为契机,运用创新、高效的人力资源管理策略打破"农民工组织社会化"的困局,从而在拓展人才开发渠道和缓解用工成本压力等方面取得突破。 The low level of education and vocational skills has always been the difficulty for small and medium-size?enterprises(SMEs) to promote the work of the "Migrant Workers’ Organizational Socialization", and also been the key obstacle for migrant workers to achieve long-term stable employment in cities. Faced with the dual pressures of economic downturn and epidemic situation, SMEs should first re-understand the strategic significance of the "Migrant Workers’ Organizational Socialization" to the socio-economic transformation and the enterprise talent team building from the overall perspective, and take the main responsibility in the vocational education of migrant workers;second actively integrate the educational resources of all parties, such as the government-led "Study to Realize Dream Action", and adopt innovative and efficient human resource management strategies to break the dilemma of the "Migrant Workers’ Organizational Socialization", thereby making breakthroughs in expanding talent development channels and alleviating labor cost pressure.
