奥地利现代学徒制质量保证体系研究与启示 被引量:3

摘要 奥地利现代学徒制质量保证体系维护了该教育途径的良好形象,增强了学徒制的吸引力,并具有以下特征:设计层面,政府主导下的治理结构的纵横向协同性、法律体系的创新性和标准体系的适应性;实施层面,社会合作伙伴密切参与学徒制系统的监控,校企共存合作保证培训质量;结果层面,政府和社会合作伙伴检验和评价培训质量。我国发展现代学徒制可借鉴奥地利的成功经验,完善人才培养全过程的设计与实施,各方协同参与,以提高职业教育质量。 The quality assurance system in the Austrian apprenticeship system maintains the reputation and attraction of this educational approach, and has the following characteristics: at the design level, the vertical and horizontal synergy of the governance structure, the innovation of the legal system and the adaptability of the standard system led by the government;at the implementation level, social partners closely participate in the monitoring of apprenticeship training, and school-enterprise cooperate to ensure the training quality;at the outcome level, the government and social partners test and evaluate the training quality. The development of modern apprenticeship system in China can learn from the successful experience of Austria, improve the design and implementation of the whole process of talent training, and all parties participate in cooperation to improve training quality.
