绿色技术创新可以有效地降低环境污染并且对及时应对气候变化有非常重要的作用,也能有效保持物流企业的竞争优势。政府与物流企业及消费者之间有互相制约影响的关系。通过演化博弈方法构建物流企业、政府及消费者的三方博弈模型。研究发现物流企业绿色技术创新不只受到政府监管力度的影响,还受到绿色技术创新成本和消费者行为的影响;政府的环保宣传与创新激励及对物流企业的污染罚款及税费,消费者的绿色消费理念对物流企业绿色技术创新均有促进作用。

Green technology innovation can effectively reduce environmental pollution and play a very important role in timely response to climate change,as well as effectively maintain the competitive advantage of logistics enterprises.There is a mutual restriction and influence relationship between government,logistics enterprises and consumers.The game model of logistics enterprise,government and consumer is constructed by evolutionary game method.It is found that the green technology innovation of logistics enterprises is not only affected by the government supervision,but also affected by the cost of green technology innovation and consumer behavior.The government's environmental protection publicity and innovation incentive,pollution fines and taxes on logistics enterprises,and consumers'green consumption concept all promote the green technology innovation of logistics enterprises.
