物流企业融资约束、研发投入和企业绩效研究

Research on Financing Constraints,R&D Investment and Enterprise Performance of Logistics Enterprises

新的经济形势下,物流企业需要进行科技化转变以提升工作效率,研究和开发新技术是其中重要的一环。当下,各个物流企业间的研发创新情况参差不齐,部分企业对于研发项目不够重视。由于行业特征等因素,融资困难,缺少研发资金是限制物流企业进行研发活动的重要原因。研发不足和融资困难会对企业绩效造成负面影响。文章选取2015~2019年物流上市企业的相关数据,分析物流企业在融资、研发和企业绩效三者间的关系,针对回归结果提出相应的改进建议。

Under the new economic situation,logistics enterprises need to carry out scientific and technological transformation to improve work efficiency.Research and development of new technology is an important part.At present,the situation of R&D and innovation among logistics enterprises is uneven,and some enterprises do not pay enough attention to R&D projects.Due to the industry characteristics and other factors,financing difficulties and lack of R&D funds are the important reasons for restricting logistics enterprises to carry out R&D activities.Insufficient R&D and financing difficulties will have a negative impact on corporate performance.This paper selects the relevant data of logistics listed enterprises from 2015 to 2019,analyzes the relationship among financing,R&D and enterprise performance of logistics enterprises,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for the regression results.
