基于AHP层次分析法的城市物流共同配送模式选择

Research on the Selection of Joint Distribution Modes Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

城市物流共同配送集成了物流集约化运作、传统消费升级、城市综合治理的需求,科学选择共同配送模式具有重要意义。基于选择问题的实质,运用了定性定量分析相结合的AHP层次分析法探讨共同配送模式选择问题。研究以城市物流配送活动要素的特征及共同配送运作机理为基础,综合学者关于共同配送模式、共同配送模式选择影响因素的研究成果,以H生鲜农产品配送公司为例进行算例分析来说明选择过程。

The joint distribution of urban logistics integrates the needs of intensive logistics operation,traditional consumption upgrade,and comprehensive urban governance.The reasonable selection of joint distribution modes shows great significance.Based on the substance of selection,this paper discusses it with the method of AHP.Firstly,it describes the characteristics of the urban logistics distribution and the operating mechanisms of joint distribution.Then,it summarizes the previous research achievements on the modes and the influencing factors of the joint distribution.Finally,it takes H company as an example to analyze the calculation process and illustrate the selection process.
