生产性服务业集聚、产业结构优化与区域一体化

Agglomeration of Productive Service,Optimization of Industry Structure and Regional Integration

实现区域的协调发展是现代经济体系的重要战略之一,明确的城市定位和产业分工有利于形成良好的空间格局,促进区域的一体化发展。文章根据长三角区域27个城市2003~2017年的空间面板数据,构建空间杜宾模型研究在长三角区域经济一体化背景下生产性服务业集聚对产业结构优化的影响。研究显示:生产性服务业集聚对本地区的产业结构优化有明显地促进作用,但是对邻近城市具有显著的抑制作用。说明地方保护主义和行政壁垒现象还比较严重,需要进一步打破区域分割的现状。同时服务业人力资本投入、交通信息建设和外商直接投资具有明显的溢出作用,这表明想要进一步促进产业结构优化需要加大服务业高科技人员的投入,加强交通网络和互联网平台的建设,优化引入外商直接投资结构。

Realizing the coordinated development of the region is one of the important strategies of the modern economic system.A clear urban positioning and industrial division of labor are conducive to forming a good spatial pattern and promoting the integrated development of the region.Based on the spatial panel data from 2003 to 2017 of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper constructs a Spatial Dubin Model to study to study the impact of productive service agglomeration on industrial structure optimization in the background of economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.The research shows that the agglomeration of productive service significantly promotes the optimization of the industrial structure of the region,but it has a significant inhibitory effect on the neighboring cities.It shows that the phenomenon of local protectionism and administrative barriers is still relatively serious,and the current situation of regional division needs to be further broken.At the same time,service industry human capital investment,transportation information construction and foreign direct investment have obvious spillover effects.To further promote the optimization of the industrial structure,it is necessary to increase the input of high-tech personnel in the service industry,strengthen the construction of transportation networks and internet platforms,and improve the introduction of foreign direct investment structure.
