摘要
Supply-hub是一种促进供应链节点企业横向协同、纵向决策并实现资源整合的新型物流运作模式。基于过去的研究,创新性地将面向供应商的原材料Supply-hub和面向客户的产品Supply-hub合并管理并引入到由供应商、制造商、零售商组成的三级供应链中。构建不同主体负责Supply-hub运营成本的供应链最优决策模型并进行算例分析。研究表明:不同主体下,供应链的成本决策模型均具有最优解,但上下游企业共同作为主体时,供应链的总成本更优;Supply-hub的原材料配送批量与制造商生产批量比值较Supply-hub的产品配送批量与制造商生产批量比值更能影响供应链成本。
Supply-hub is a new mode of logistics operation that promotes the horizontal coordination,vertical decision-making and resource integration of supply chain node enterprises.Based on the previous research,the combination management of supplier-oriented raw material Supply-hub and customer-oriented product Supply-hub was innovatively introduced into the three-level supply chain consisting of suppliers,manufacturers and retailers.The supply chain decision-making model of different subjects responsible for Supply-hub operation cost was constructed and the example analysis was carried out.The research shows that the cost decision-making model of supply chain has the optimal solution under different subjects,but the total cost of supply chain is better when both upstream and downstream enterprises are the subjects.The ratio of the raw material distribution lot to the manufacturer's production lot is more influential to the supply chain cost than the ratio of the product distribution lot to the manufacturer's production lot.
