Review on the Order Picking Systems in Warehouse Operation

电子商务在我国呈高速发展的态势,仓储与物流成为电商时代发展的关键。订单分拣是仓库的核心运营问题,其效率的高低直接影响物流效率的高低,进而影响供应链绩效。为促进订单分拣系统的研究与应用,对订单分拣系统进行了概述,并对相关运作策略进行了分析,主要包括仓储、拣货和路由策略。进而对相关运作策略的研究现状进行总结和分析。发现很少有文献研究不确定性下货位分配及策略组合,仓储、拣货和路由策略的组合决策,基于类的分配策略的解析模型以及订单分货系统。最后,指出订单分拣系统未来的研究趋势。

With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,warehousing and logistics have become crucial for growth in the e-commerce era.The order picking system is the key part in warehouse operation.The organization of order picking operations immediately impacts the logistics'and thereby the supply chain's performance.To promote the research and application of order picking systems,the order picking systems are brief described.The operation policies of order picking are summarized,including storage,picking and routing.Then,the research results are demonstrated in order picking operation policies.The existing problems for current research are summarized such as less study on the storage assignment and the combinations of storage assignment under uncertainty,less focus on the combinations of storage,picking and routing problems,lack the analytical models for optimizing class-based storage assignment manual order-picking systems,less attention for put systems.Finally,the research trends on order picking systems are discussed.
