摘要 在总结《物流与供应链管理》课程考核存在普遍问题的基础上,改变传统的考核成绩组成结构,构建多元化体系的课程考核模式。从平时成绩考核、形成性考核和终结性考试三方面着手,加强学习过程的考核,使考核成绩结构多样化,注重学生平时知识的积累、解决问题的应变能力和综合创新能力的培养,达到提升课堂教学效果的目标。 On the basis of summarizing the common problems existing in the course assessment of“logistics and supply chain management”,the traditional structure of assessment achievements should be adjusted and a diversified course assessment mode should be constructed as well.Starting from the three aspects of usual performance assessment,formative assessment and final examination,teachers should strengthen the assessment of learning process,diversify the structure of assessment achievements,attach more importance to the gradual accumulation of students'knowledge,the cultivation of adaptability to solve problems and comprehensive innovation ability,which hence achieves the goal of improving classroom teaching effect.
