摘要
本文探索了模块互动教学在食品工艺学创新实验中的应用,主要包括创新实验模块的建立与内容安排、创新实验的组织与实施、实验报告的撰写、答辩、考核等环节。实践证明,这种教学方式激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了学生的专业技术能力,很好地完成了工程教育专业认证中的相关要求。
This paper explored the application of modular interactive teaching in the innovation experiment of food techno-logy,including the establishment of innovative experiment modules and content arrangement,the organization and implementa-tion of the innovation experiment,the writing of the experiment report,the defense,and the assessment.Practice had proved that this teaching method stimulated students′enthusiasm for learning,improved students′professional skills,and satisfied the relevant requirements of engineering education professional certification.
