摘要
兽用抗菌药物的耐药性问题已经成为一个全球普遍关注的公共健康问题。抗菌药物敏感性测试的标准化有助于全球范围内耐药性监测资料具有可比性,同时也是慎用抗菌药物的一部分。EUCAST于2019年1月1日发布了细菌MIC和抑菌圈直径的折点值V9.0版本。本文介绍了V9.0版本新增加内容与更改内容,以期对我国耐药性工作从事者提供相关参考。
Veterinary antimicrobial resistance has become a global public health issue.Standardization of antimicrobial susceptibility testing was helpful to the comparability of antimicrobial resistance monitoring data worldwide,and was also a part of the prudent use of antibiotics.EUCAST released version 9.0 of breakpoint tables for interpretation of MICs and zone diameters on January 1,2019.This paper introduced the new contents and changes of version 9.0 in order to provide references for antimicrobial resistance practitioners in China.
