摘要
本研究应用双波长传感器快速检测技术,对生产线上的大豆油样品进行扫描,建立光学信号与油脂样品色泽红值之间的对应关系,分别采用光学检测技术及罗维朋比色检测相同样品后,光学快速检测准确度与罗维朋比色方法相近,在生产线上对色度快速检测引入的点位进行了摸索,最终将色度快速检测点设定在脱色后及成品油处。使用色度快速检测技术持续扫描生产线大豆油样品,及时反馈回工艺控制,产品质量更为稳定,生产控制的精确度和准确度较好,同时可以及时调整在线白土添加量,有效控制了白土成本及废白土带走的中性油脂损失,整个加工过程对环境更加友好。
The double wavelength sensors rapid detection technology was used to rapidly detect the soybean oil on the production line.Scanning optical signal and the corresponding relationship between oil sample color red value,respectively,using optical detection technology and Rowbone colorific after testing the same samples,and optical rapid detection accuracy similar to Rowbone colorific,on the production line of chromaticity grope for the introduction of rapid detection point,would eventually chromaticity rapid testing point setting after decolorizing and refined petroleum products.Using chromaticity fast detection techniques for scanning line soybean oil samples,timely feedback to process control,product quality more stable,better production control precision and accuracy,and can effectively adjust the clay content online,to effectively control the cost of clay and waste clay with neutral oil loss,the entire process was more friendly to the environment.
