父母敏感性视频反馈干预在儿童社会性发展中的应用 被引量:1

The Application of Video-Feedback Intervention to Promote Positive Parenting and Sensitive Discipline(VIPP-SD) in Children’s Social Development

摘要 儿童的早期教养问题是家庭与社会关注的焦点,但国内具有循证依据的父母教养干预研究及临床实践仍相对匮乏。父母敏感性视频反馈干预是一项由荷兰研究者依据依恋与强制理论开发的、基于家访的短期视频反馈干预技术。定量分析显示,该干预能中等程度上改善0~6岁各类风险儿童(如受虐儿童、自闭症儿童、视力障碍儿童)看护者的敏感性及儿童对看护者的依恋质量,但对儿童内外化问题的改善作用较小。未来研究可推广该干预在中国家庭教育领域的本土化应用,考察多基因与实验性环境的交互作用,揭示养育脑和下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴在干预机制中的作用。 Parenting in early childhood has been a focus of the family and the society,but evidence-based parenting intervention research and clinical practice are still scarce in China.Video-feedback Intervention to Promote Positive Parenting and Sensitive Discipline(VIPP-SD)is a short-term video feedback intervention technology developed by Dutch researchers based on attachment and coercive theory.Quantitative analysis showed that the intervention moderately improved the sensitivity of caregivers of children at risk of 0-6 years of age including abused children,autistic children,and visually impaired children,and the quality of children’s attachment to caregivers,but had only a marginal effect on children’s internalizing and externalizing problems.Future research needs to consider the localized application of VIPP-SD intervention in family education in China,investigate the gene-experimental environment interactive effect,and reveal the important role of parental brain and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis functions in the intervention mechanism.
