摘要
为了探索亚麻种植阶段降低生氰糖苷含量的方法,研究了不同辐照剂量对亚麻产量及生氰糖苷含量的影响。3 a的试验结果表明,辐照处理后,当年亚麻产量降低了90.52%~97.10%,第2年和第3年试验的180个小区中,166个小区的产量均高于对照;辐照处理可明显降低亚麻生氰糖苷含量,降幅在38.41%~52.80%。在生产中,可以推广辐照处理亚麻种子的方法来降低生氰糖苷含量。
To explore the method of reducing cyanogen glycoside content in flax planting stage,the effects of different irradiation doses on yield and cyanogen glycoside content of flax were studied.The results showed that the yield of flax decreased by 90.52%-97.10%after irradiation,and 166 plots in 180 plots in the second and third year were higher than the control.The cyanogen glycoside content of flax significantly decreased by 38.41%-52.80%.Irradiation treatment can be used to reduce the content of cyanogen glycoside in flax seeds by 1000 Gy irradiation.
