网室内熊蜂、蜜蜂和壁蜂在棉花不育系制种中的比较 被引量:1

摘要 试验用熊蜂对9个棉花胞质不育系材料进行授粉,以蜜蜂和壁蜂作为对照。结果表明,蜜蜂和壁蜂授粉在单株结铃数和果枝数方面较熊蜂授粉高,空果枝数三者相差不大;熊蜂授粉在单铃籽粒数、铃质量和籽指方面优于蜜蜂授粉和壁蜂授粉;熊蜂授粉的制种产量高于蜜蜂授粉和壁蜂授粉;熊蜂授粉的成本低于蜜蜂授粉,高于壁蜂授粉。因此,利用熊蜂进行棉花不育系制种是可行的。 In this experiment,bumblebee pollination was carried out on 9 cytoplasmic sterile lines of cotton,and contrasted with honeybee pollination and Osmia pollination.The results showed that honeybee pollination and Osmia pollination were higher in boll number and fruit branch number per plant than bumblebee pollination.There was no significant difference in the number of empty fruit branches of bumblebee,honeybee and Osmiapollination.Bumblebee pollination was superior to honeybee pollination and Osmia pollination in single boll seed number,boll quality and seed index.The seed production yield of bumblebee pollination was higher than that of honeybee pollination and Osmia pollination.The cost of bumblebee pollination was lower than that of honeybee pollination and higher than that of Osmia pollination.Therefore,it is feasible to use bumblebee for seed production of cotton sterile lines.
