摘要
随着纳米技术的兴起和发展,纳米材料尺度效应、智能表面和界面效应及其优异的药物传输与控释性能等特性提供了设计不同于传统农药剂型的具有独特物理、化学特性的纳米农药新理念。综述了4类纳米材料在农药缓控释领域的应用研究进展,重点阐述了介孔二氧化硅、介孔碳材料、壳聚糖、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、两亲性嵌段共聚物等材料在农药缓控释领域的应用,并对纳米缓控释农药的发展进行了展望。
With the development of nanotechnology,the scale effect,smart surface and interface effects of nanomaterials,and their excellent drug delivery and controlled release properties provided a new idea of designing nano pesticide with nanomaterials with unique physical and chemical properties which are different from traditional pesticide formulations.In the paper,the application of nanomaterials in controlled release of pesticides was reviewed,such as mesoporous silica,mesoporous carbon materials,chitosan,poly(lactic acid hydroxyacetic acid)copolymer,amphiphilic block copolymers and other materials.Furthermore,the development of controlled release of nanopesticides was proposed.
