幼儿教师积极惩罚行为及策略研究

摘要 幼儿教师适当的惩罚行为尤其是积极惩罚行为,能够对幼儿的错误或不当行为进行有效干预,产生积极教育效果,促进幼儿社会性发展和良好个性养成。幼儿教师积极惩罚行为分为一般性积极惩罚、剥夺性积极惩罚、施加性积极惩罚和积极的心理惩罚等方式,幼儿会表现出积极接受、中立平和以及消极反抗等行为。幼儿教师实施积极惩罚行为应讲究策略,要具有时间针对性、要贴合幼儿独特个性、要注重与幼儿平等对话、要与其他教育方式结合、要及时向家长反映等。 The appropriate punishment behavior of preschool teachers,especially the positive punishment behavior,can effectively intervene the wrong or improper behavior of children,produce the positive education effect,promote the social development of children and the cultivation of good personality.Preschool teachers’positive punishment behaviors can be divided into general positive punishment,deprivation positive punishment,imposition of positive punishment and positive psychological punishment,etc.Children will show positive acceptance,neutrality and negative resistance and other behaviors.Preschool teachers should pay attention to strategies in the implementation of positive punishment behaviors.They should have targeted time,fit children’s unique personality,pay attention to equal dialogue with children,combine with other education methods,and respond to parents in a timely manner.
