摘要
为提高变换器电压增益和效率,提出一种带有耦合电感的改进型Cockcroft-Walton单级高电压增益逆变器。在传统电压源逆变器的基础上,加入由耦合电感和改进型Cockcroft-Walton升压单元组成的阻抗网络,并利用SVPWM控制方式进行逆变。所提出的改进型Cockcroft-Walton单级高电压增益逆变器降低了耦合电感匝比,一个逆变周期中,利用较小的直通占空比和较大的调制指数获得高质量的输出波形。实验室设计的700 W样机对所提电路进行相关性能检测,结果可知理论分析、仿真研究和实验结果完全一致,验证了所提变换器的有效性和实用性。
To improve the voltage gain and efficiency of a converter,an improved Cockcroft-Walton single-stage high voltage gain inverter is proposed in this paper.On the basis of the traditional power source inverter,an impedance net⁃work composed of a coupled inductor and an improved Cockcroft-Walton step-up unit is added.In addition,the inverter is operated under SVPWM control.The improved Cockcroft-Walton single-stage high voltage inverter reduces the num⁃ber of turns in the coupled inductor.During one inverter cycle,the high-quality output waveforms are obtained at a smaller shoot-through duty cycle and a larger modulation index.A 700 W prototype designed in the laboratory was used to test the performance of the proposed circuit,and the theoretical analysis and simulation study agreed well with the ex⁃perimental results,which verified the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed converter.
