角调音乐对肝气郁结证阳痿的疗效观察

Effect research of Jiao tune music care on liver stagnation uncomfortable syndrome of impotence

目的研究角调音乐对肝气郁结证型阳痿的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年7月间男科门诊就诊符合肝气郁结证阳痿的病人120例为研究对象,按照随机数据表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各60例,对照组给予每日小剂量他达拉非口服(5mg/日),观察组在对照组的基础上增加角调音乐治疗(每天上、下午各1次,每次播放2个循环,约20 min),两组治疗周期均为4周。观察治疗前、后两组患者国际勃起功能问卷-5(IIEF-5)评分、中医症候评分、总的有效率以及总的不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗后IIEF-5评分较各自治疗前有显著提高(P<0.05);治疗4周后观察组的IIEF-5评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组中医证候评分无明显下降(P>0.05),而观察组治疗后的中医证候评分较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05),并且较对照组治疗后也有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者总不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论角调音乐联合他达拉非治疗肝气郁结证型阳痿病有效率高于单纯使用他达拉非,并且不增加患者不良反应发生率,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To research the effect of Jiao tune on liver stagnation uncomfortable syndrome of impotence.Methods Choose between January 2019 and July 2019 between male clinics conform to move within the impotence of the patient 120 cases as the research object,two groups(60 cases,control group given daily low-dose oral tadalafil(5 mg/day),on the basis of the observation group in the control group increased Jiao Tune music therapy(1 time in the afternoon and on every day,every time play two cycle,about 20 minutes),two groups of treatment cycle is 4 weeks.Observed before and after treatment in the two groups patients international questionnaire of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)score and TCM symptom score,total efficient and total incidence of adverse reactions.Results IIEF-5 score after treatment in both groups compared with before their treatment significantly increased(P<0.05);4 weeks after treatment group IIEF-5 scores higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The control group after treatment of TCM syndrome score decreased obviously(P>0.05),while the observation group after treatment of TCM syndrome score than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there were significant differences compared with control group after treatment(P<0.05);Total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiao tune music joint tadalafil treatment of diseases with ease syndrome type impotence disease efficient than pure use of tadalafil,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
