摘要
利用数值模拟软件Flow-3D模拟了AZ91镁合金管卧式离心铸造过程,分析浇注速度、模具转速、浇铸方式对卧式离心铸造镁合金铸管充型过程及温度场的影响。模拟结果表明,最佳浇铸方式为逐层浇铸,最佳工艺参数为:浇铸速度2.67 kg/s、模具转速1050 r/min。并通过浇铸试验验证模拟结果的准确性。
The horizontal centrifugal casting process of AZ91 magnesium alloy pipe was simulated by numerical simulation software Flow-3 D.The influences of the pouring rate,rotational speed and pouring method on filling process and temperature field of magnesium alloy cast tube by horizontal centrifugal casting were analyzed.The simulation results show that the best pouring method is layer-by-layer pouring,the optimum process parameters are pouring rate of 2.67 kg/s,mould rotational speed of 1050 r/min.The accuracy of the simulation results is verified by experiments.
