锻造温度对42CrMoSrIn新型模具钢锻模性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 使用42CrMoSrIn钢新型材料锻模,以不同的锻压温度对6061铝合金件进行了锻压试验,并对模具使用寿命和磨损性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:始锻温度410~470℃时,模具寿命、裂纹平均宽度和裂纹平均深度的变化幅度较小,始锻温度500℃时,模具寿命显著缩短、裂纹平均宽度和平均深度显著增大;与470℃始锻温度相比,500℃始锻时模具寿命缩短38.66%。终锻温度在350~380℃时,模具寿命、裂纹平均宽度和裂纹平均深度的变化幅度较小,终锻温度320℃时,模具寿命显著缩短、裂纹平均宽度和平均深度显著增大;与350℃终锻温度相比,320℃终锻时模具寿命缩短36.73%。为了延长模具使用寿命,42CrMoSrIn钢锻模在锻压过程中的始锻温度不宜高于470℃、终锻温度不宜低于350℃。 The forging tests of 6061 aluminum alloy with different forging temperatures were carried out by using the new material forging die of 42 CrMoSrIn steel.The service life and wear property of the die were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the initial forging temperature is 410-470℃,the change amplitude of the die life,the average crack width and the crack average depth is small;when the initial forging temperature is 500℃,the die life is shortened significantly,and the average crack width and depth increase significantly.Compared with that of the initial forging temperature of 470℃,the life of the die is reduced by 38.66%at 500℃.When the final forging temperature is 350-380℃,the variation amplitude of die life,average crack width and crack depth is small;when the final forging temperature is320℃,the service life of the die is significantly shortened,and the average crack width and the average depth of the die are significantly increased.Compared with that of the final forging temperature of 350℃,the life of the die is shortened by36.73%when the final forging temperature is 320℃.In order to prolong the service life of the die,the initial forging temperature and the final forging temperature of the forging die of 42 CrMoSrIn steel should not be higher than 470℃and lower then 350℃respectively.
