富血小板血浆制剂中白细胞在临床中的作用及其制备 被引量:8

摘要 自体富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是自体血液经离心分离得到的高浓度血小板的浓聚物。PRP中含有高浓度自体来源的生长因子,包括血管内皮生长因子、血小板来源生长因子、转化生长因子-β等。在临床中,对抗炎及组织修复具有促进作用,且PRP制备简便、费用相对较低、安全性较高,因此应用越来越广泛。自体PRP可能会含有一定数量的白细胞。目前对于白细胞在PRP制剂中所发挥的作用及影响仍存在争议,PRP中是否应包含白细胞仍缺乏统一的共识及可靠的临床指南。本文将对PRP中白细胞的临床作用、PRP的制备及储存标准进行综述,从而为临床提供一定的参考及理论基础。 Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)is an autologous biomaterial obtained from autologous blood through centrifugation peocess that yields a plasma fraction with leukocyte concentrations and growth factors,such as vascular endothelial growth factor,platelet-derived growth factor,and transforming growth factor-βetc.,higher than those in circulating blood.Multiple clinical effects of PRP in anti-inflammation and tissue repair have been documented and its advantages as easy preparation,low cost and high safety have shown promising application in further clinical treatment.However,differences in preparation protocols give rise to leukocytes within PRP via centrifugation.As neither unified consensus nor reliable clinical standards regarding PRP preparation are available at present,there is remaining debate regarding the leukocytes residuals in PRP,specifically,controversy exists regarding the effects of leukocytes within PRP.This article aims to review the clinical effects of leukocytes within PRP,as well as the preparation protocols and storage standards of PRP,so as to provide certain references and theoretical basis for clinical practice.
